Can I remove them at home?
We'd rather you didn't — peeling thins your nails. Removal here takes about 30 minutes.

- Moving or cancelling
- Tell us 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves to the new slot.
- Running late
- More than 10 minutes late and we may need to simplify the art.
- Hygiene
- Metal tools are cleaned and sterilised after every client; files and buffers are single-use.
- Free fix
- Gel lifting within 5 days? Message us and we'll fix it free.
