- Extensions and detailed art need a ฿300 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm in chat. It comes off your bill.
- Moving or cancelling
- Tell us 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves to the new slot.

- More than 10 minutes late and we may need to simplify the art.
- Hygiene
- Metal tools are cleaned and sterilised after every client; files and buffers are single-use.
- Free fix
- Gel lifting within 5 days? Message us and we'll fix it free.

Do I need to book?
Booking is best, especially Friday evenings and weekends — walk-ins are welcome when a table is free.
How long does gel last?
Usually 2–3 weeks on hands and 4–6 on toes, depending on your daily life.
How can I pay?
Cash, PromptPay and cards.
Do you do kids' nails?
Regular polish from age 8. No gel or extensions for children.
Can I bring my own polish?
Yes, for regular polish. For gel we use our own so it cures properly under our lamps.
