How is it different from gel?
Builder gel is thicker and firmer — it adds structure. Gel polish is for colour.

- Deposit
- Extensions and detailed art need a ฿300 deposit by PromptPay once we confirm in chat. It comes off your bill.
- Moving or cancelling
- Tell us 24 hours ahead and your deposit moves to the new slot.
- Running late
- More than 10 minutes late and we may need to simplify the art.
- Hygiene
- Metal tools are cleaned and sterilised after every client; files and buffers are single-use.
- Free fix
- Gel lifting within 5 days? Message us and we'll fix it free.
